což je nesmysl ,jde o částku do dvou dolarů a poštou vrátit špatný výrobek je nesmysl, co se stane ,když jsem odmítl rozhodnutí ali a poslal jsem nové fotky důkazy ? jak mám postupovat? mám přijmout jejich rozhodnutí?

vysvětlení objednal jsem si zboží s eu plug , eu zástrčkou, poslali mi zboží které nemohu používat protože ho prostě nepřipojím do zásuvky,posílám odkaz, tam slibuje výrobce eu zástrčku zaslal, england ne eu zástrčku,
zamítl jsem ali proposal , a znovu napsal výrobci,
nabídl jsem mu že si koupím eu plug za 0,5 dolaru a on odečte cenu 0,5 dolaruon odepsal

u do not see the description and the pic before u buy ?Na vasem miste bychom misto domluvy s prodejce otevreli spor a trvail na vracnei cele castky. Vyrobek prece bez prevodniku nemuzete pouzivat. Zadejte o celou castku na vraceni, bez zasilani zbozi zpet. Neni uplne vhodne dokupovat si dalsi prevodnik, ktery vas bude obtezovat pri kazdem pouzivani.
Dle linku to vypada jako chybu na strane prodejce ne Vasi. Zadejte v chatu s prodejcem, at vam zasle novou, spravnou.
