Dnes jsem kontaktovala prodejce a sdělil mi, že mám otevřít spor, že je zboží vyprodané a že vrátí peníze. Je to normální? Víc jak měsíc mi drží peníze a lže? Můžu ho někde žalovat? Měl to být dárek pro syna k Vánocům, jsem znechucena. 🙁
