když chci prodejci napsat správu píše mi to awaiting delivery a trackingu shipment failed, když mu napíšu pošle to znovu? nebo mám čekat jestli to nedojde nebo otevřít spor? děkuji za rady
jeste neubehla 60 denni lhuta, napsat mu muzete ale jeste brzo pro otevreni sporu
