Na druhy den sa mi ozval predajca ze ci by som nemohol zmenit dovod otvorenia sporu z inej farby a aby som oznacil dovod ako “Other” pretoze im to nerobi dobre meno a reputaciu a ze ak to zmenim vratia mi vsetky peniaze. Tak som spor modifikoval zmenil dovod ako chcel predajca a vratil mi celu sumu+som mal aj tovar aj ked inej farby 🙂Robo

MemberKed som to skusal eskalovat bolo tam nieco v tom zmysle aby som mal pripravene nejaké dôkazy avsak nic konkretne okrem emailu z posty kde je napisane “Ďakujeme, Vašu zasielku pošleme späť odosielatelovi” a fotku vyplneneho ustrizku o odmietnuti zasielky s podacím čislom XY, mojim podpisom a cislom OP.
Nemam radsej pockat kym nebude zasielka dorucena spat do Ciny a potom otvorit spor az ked to bude zrejme podla track numberu? -
